BTS Jin Wraps Record-Breaking Solo Tour With Star-Studded Incheon Encore
BTS's Jin kicked off the final chapter of his debut solo tour on October 31, 2025, with an emotional encore performance at Incheon Munhak Main Stadium. The two-night finale, running through November 1, brought a triumphant close to the #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR-a journey spanning nine cities and 18 sold-out shows across three continents.
Breaking Records Across the Globe
Jin's solo tour established new benchmarks for Korean artists worldwide. At Kyocera Dome Osaka, he achieved a complete sellout including restricted-view seats-a rare feat for any solo artist. He made history as the first Korean soloist to headline London's The O2 Arena, drew record-breaking crowds at Anaheim's Honda Center, and became the first to sell out Dallas' American Airlines Center entirely.
The tour promoted Jin's albums "Happy" and "Echo" while celebrating his variety show "Run BTS," which inspired the concert's interactive format.
A Symbolic Homecoming
Jin reimagined the encore opener dramatically. Rather than starting on the main stage as in previous shows, he emerged on the stadium track and completed a full lap before ascending to perform. The symbolic gesture represented both his journey and his return home to Korean fans after months abroad.
"Amsterdam finished two months ago, and haven't we all felt some regret?" Jin told the 50,000-capacity crowd. "I prepared this encore so we could finish without regrets."
Interactive Fan Experience
The concert featured participatory elements including telepathy games and group singing challenges. Jin performed 22 songs, adding several tracks not included in earlier shows. Most notably, he performed "Awake" live for the first time since BTS's 2017 Wings Tour finale-an eight-year gap that brought nostalgic cheers from longtime fans.
He also incorporated a vocal-line collaboration, transitioning from his solo track "I Miss You" into a performance while playing piano.
Surprise BTS Reunion
The evening's highlight came when j-hope and Jungkook made unannounced appearances. The trio had previously performed together in June 2025 at j-hope's tour finale, which coincided with BTS's 12th anniversary.
For "Super Tuna," Jin wore j-hope's signature black crochet jester hat from "Jack in the Box" while his bandmates served as backup dancers. The playful chemistry had the stadium roaring. "Watching them perform, I thought, 'These friends aren't human-they're gods,'" Jin said.
Both members delivered solo performances-j-hope with "Killin' It Girl (Solo Version)" and Jungkook with "Standing Next to You"-before reuniting with Jin for a BTS medley featuring "IDOL," "So What," and "My Universe."
Production Spectacle
The outdoor venue enabled elaborate staging. Fireworks and pyrotechnics created a festival atmosphere, while Jin circled the stadium in a hot air balloon during "Moon," fulfilling his goal to connect with every section of the audience.
A Journey of Growth
Jin revealed the encore was organized in just three weeks while juggling BTS group album preparations. "Ticketing opened about two weeks before the show-I know that's not enough time even to plan a trip," he acknowledged. "But this was the only window available."
"I worried so much preparing this tour," he reflected. "But as challenges continued, my nervousness disappeared. These performances helped me grow, and I wanted to show you that growth-that's why I added this unplanned encore."
He concluded with characteristic devotion: "If you want, I could work without sleep. But that's not what you want, is it? Thank you."
Looking Forward
BTS wrapped Jin's original tour in Amsterdam on August 10, 2025. The group is scheduled to release new music and embark on a world tour in 2026-their first full group activities since members began military service in 2022.
The November 1 performance marks the official conclusion of Jin's first solo tour, cementing his ability to captivate global audiences while honoring the bond between BTS and ARMY.
